Angie Glotzbach Bryson is the CEO of Zensei, a family-owned consulting company headquartered in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. Angie is Certified in Multi Health System’s EQ-i 2.0 Suite of Assessments (Workplace, 360 and Leadership) and Coaching.
Zensei means "Height of Prosperity" in Japanese.
The foundations of Zensei are built around the dinner table conversation she
had growing up:
• Who are you being in the world?
• How are you contributing and interacting in the world around you?
• Be your word.
• Leave things better than you found them.
• Always be learning!
We have taken these principles and created an approach to uncovering blindspots in an individual. We do this through a 20-minute 133-question online assessment called EQ-i 2.0 followed by a personal one-on-one Coaching/Feedback Session.
Angie’s unique background includes 18+ years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and promotion of various blockbuster products. This work included many hours of managing customer relations and executing collaborative business objectives with large hospitals, medical groups and supporting staff.
Angie has been honored to have been exposed to the training and coaching approaches of some of the leading pharmaceutical and coaching firms in the country, including Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Boehringer Ingelheim, Astra Zeneca, and Ontocore. She has had the privilege of working alongside some of the top thought leaders in the field of training and coaching. Angie is a committed life-long learner and a student in the art and science of Emotional Intelligence. Angie and her husband, Chris, have two daughters and live in Charleston, South Carolina.

John R. Gaddy started his videography career with a BA in Communications, Cum Laude, from Newberry College. At that time John assumed the leadership role of all Northcon Teleproductions’ promotional videos that were being shot in the Northeastern part of Georgia.
This work allowed John to gain proficiency in managing, directing, filming, editing, as well as voice over work. John’s love of the outdoors helped him to become the Lead Camera person for the television show “The Dodge Everyday Sportsman” where he produced numerous safety and operational videos for corporate clients including Georgia Pacific. John also captured live performances for the Newberry Opera House and Columbia College.
After leaving Newberry to be close to the ocean, John worked at ABC News in Charleston, SC for 8 years where he rapidly was promoted to Fleet Manager and Assistant Chief Photographer. Most assignments handed to John involved high pressure situations that garnered National attention such as visiting Presidents, high profile court cases, and major breaking news. He developed a reputation for “always getting THE shot”.
John is now very proud to be a member of the Zensei team where he coordinates all aspects of video production and post production. That work includes the production of educational, training, and promotional videos, both in our studio and on location as the need demands. John enjoys “Telling the Story” of the client using some of the latest video technology. John is highly respected and favored among all Zensei team members.
