    What is Emotional Intelligence?

    Emotional Intelligence (referred to as EI or EQ) is a set of emotional and social skills that:

      1. influence the way we perceive and express ourselves,
      2. develop and maintain social relationships,
      3. cope with challenges, and
      4. use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way

    We have created an approach to uncovering blindspots in an individual. We do this through a 20 minute 133-question online assessment called the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment.

    We then take the assessment results and spotlight those areas where skills are highly developed, as well as explore skills that may need attention.

    There are 5 Composite scores measuring 5 distinct aspects of emotional and social functioning included in this assessment:
